Health Benefits Of CBD Oil

What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a type of Cannabinoid, it is a chemical compound found in Hemp and Cannabis plants, it interacts with the Endocannabinoid biological system in humans and other mammals.

The endocannabinoid system regulates various cognitive and physiological processes – such as mood, sleep, appetite, and pain sensation in order to promote homeostasis or equilibrium in the body.

CBD can assists with various things for the body, such as regulation and homeostasis, which can help alleviate pain, improve sleep quality, increase appetite and reduce stress, and we all can do with a little less stress in our daily lives.

  • CBD may ease or even cure symptoms such as:
  • Insomnia and other sleep disorders
  • Epilepsy
  • Nausea
  • Anxiety and stress
  • Mood disorders
  • Chronic pain

So what is the difference between CBD and THC?

It’s important to know the difference between the two, THC comes from the flowers and the leaves of the cannabis plant, known as Marijuana and has been classified illegal in various countries due to its psychoactive properties.

On the other hand CBD is extracted from HEMP, this is because molecular CBD is the same whether it is sourced from HEMP or from Marijuana, however HEMP products usually contain 0% traces of THC, so don’t worry! You won’t wake up in Morocco and not know how you got there by using CBD oil because without TCH you won’t get “high”.

Is CBD safe for you?

If you get it from a manufacturing company with a registered license, yes absolutely, but make sure you have consulted with a qualified medical practitioner, that has good knowledge about cannabinoid therapeutics. So don’t go and buy CBD out of Kyle’s garage and expect it to be quality, because you might end up in Morocco!

Does CBD have side effects?

Just like with any other supplement out there, there will always be some kind of negative effect when abusing the supplement.

CBD has a short-lived side effect and usually the best way to use CBD is to start with low dosages and then going up slowly as time progresses.

Is CBD Oil safe for your pet?

Yes, your little canine friends can also have some CBD Oil, just like supplementing your own body, CBD is also not addictive and non-toxic to your canine friends.

It can help with a range of different things for your pets, such as:

  • Joint Pain
  • Inflammation
  • Arthritis
  • Agression
  • Loss of appetite
  • Skin allergies

Just be sure to go see a veterinarian who is familiar with CBD treatments for your canine friends.

So next time you think of putting tons of medication in your body and not knowing the side effects or long term effects that will harm your body, get some natural oil from mother nature and revitalise your mind, body and soul!
