CAKE OFF Garden Route, A Sweet Success Despite Lockdown

The annual CAKE OFF competition in the Garden Route area has taken place this year despite the restrictions of the lockdown… where there is a will, there is a way.

CAKE Off Garden Route is an event taking place every year for the past 6 years in the Garden Route with the top cake artists in the area.

We had such huge success in the past that we have decided to have 3 (three) Cake Off’s in 2020. One in Mossel Bay, one in George and one in Oudtshoorn.

Cake artists put their baking, building and decorating skills to the test in this competition.  “Thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic we did things a little different this year.

Every town was allocated one during April for their Cake Off.
